Minotaur offers a professional hosting service for your website, email, backups, internet telephony and other services. We have servers located in a wide range of different datacentres both in the UK and abroad.

Our primary facilities are based in Telehouse East in London Docklands. Telehouse is widely regarded as the UK's "central point" for internet connectivity, and is a major hub for traffic between Europe and the United States. Hosting your website in Telehouse guarantees the best possible peering and connection for your site, from around the world.

We also operate facilities in BlueSquare, Maidenhead as well as ServInt in Virginia, USA.

All our datacentres features multiple redundant links to the internet, a comprehensive backup power system and 24/7 monitoring of our servers all year round. On the rare occasions problems are detected, they are usually rectified in a matter of minutes ensuring your site maximum uptime.

For certain tasks, such as Voice over IP services where very low latencies are needed, we would strongly advise hosting in our Telehouse facilities.

Domains

Through our partnership with Enom, one of the leading domain registrars, we are able to register nearly every top-level domain at competitive prices. We'll take care of the whole process of transferring domain names, as well as make sure that domains are registered to you, so you're free to take them to another host if times change.

All our domains include a full DNS management tool.

Address ending in .co.uk or .org.uk must be booked for a minimum of two years. Other addresses must be booked for a minimum of one year. Addresses not listed can be arranged by request.

Dedicated Servers and Co-location

Minotaur can also offer co-location in our Telehouse facilities for those customers who wish to maintain their own infrastructure. Servers can be built to your specifications, or you can use your own rackmount hardware if you prefer. We can provide access to network PDUs for remote rebooting, as well a serial console and KVM over IP connectivity if required.
